That’s where I come in.With a Master’s in Psychology and over a decade of experience as a secondary teacher, I help parents bridge the gap between understanding and action. Intake + Family Snapshot: We start by getting a clear picture of what’s happening at home and/or school—your child’s needs, current routines, stress points, strengths, and what you’ve already tried.
Understand the “Why” Behind the Behavior: We look beneath the behavior to understand what may be driving it—big feelings, transitions, sleep, attention, learning style, social stress, or unmet needs.
Practical Tools + Simple Structure: You’ll learn doable, real-life strategies—how to respond in the moment, build consistent routines, and create structure that reduces power struggles.
Connection-Based Communication: We focus on what to say and how to say it—so you can set limits while staying calm, connected, and confident (even when things get hard).
School Coordination + Care Team Support: When helpful, we help coordinate support with your child’s school and care team—teachers, counselors, pediatricians, or learning specialists—so everyone is aligned and your child gets consistent support.
