Audrey Malone, LCSW

Audrey Malone, LCSW  is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Be Well Collective, where she leads with warmth, empathy, and an integrative approach to healing. Drawing from advanced training in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, Audrey helps individuals and couples overcome anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection—and she’s passionate about guiding others toward emotional freedom, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.

Shelly Bergen, M.S.

Shelly Bergen, M.S. is a Life Coach, educator, and mom of four who specializes in helping families build real, resilient, and lasting connections. With a Master’s in Psychology and over a decade of experience working with parents and teens, Shelly brings practical tools, emotional insight, and deep compassion to every coaching session. She supports clients through challenges like school stress, parenting overwhelm, and communication breakdowns—guiding families toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth.

Tracy Alvarado, LPCC

Tracy Alvarado, LPCC, specializes in trauma treatment and perinatal/maternal mental health, including postpartum adjustment and PMADs, and also supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, and major life transitions. Her approach emphasizes nervous system regulation and emotional safety.

Tracy is trained in EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She helps clients name and express what they’re experiencing, clarify goals, and build practical strategies they can use outside of session—regularly revisiting goals to stay aligned with what matters most.
