Meet Audrey Malone, LCSW
Founder of Be Well Collective,
"Healing happens when we understand both the story and the nervous system behind it. My goal is to help clients move from beyond surviving and create lasting change from the inside out."
Meet Audrey Malone, LCSW— Founder of Be Well Collective
Hi, I’m Audrey Malone — a licensed therapist, founder of Be Well Collective, and someone who deeply believes in the healing power of being truly seen and heard.
I started Be Well Collective in Orange County, CA to create a safe, welcoming space where people could do deep inner work and feel supported every step of the way. My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies like EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and trauma-informed care, but what truly drives my work is connection — to yourself, your story, and your own inner resilience.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, burnout, or a season of transformation, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and compassion. I specialize in working with adults and professionals in the Orange County area, including Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Long Beach, Cypress, and Rossmoor.
If you're looking for a therapist who listens without judgment and walks alongside you, I’d be honored to support your journey.
